There appears to be several others experiencing similar issues but none of the suggested solutions that I have seen appears to work for me.Īdobes help seems somewhat lacking.

I have logged out of my account and attempted to re log in and my serial number is not accepted!
To add to my problems, I originally had a standalone version of Lightroom 5 which I considered may be causing a conflict. I have researched this problem on this forum and the Adobe site and believe that I have tried everything over the past week.
